Those who choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Purchases.

Upon purchasing products or services from Full Column Ltd you are agreeing to these terms to comply with the UK Law. Full Column Ltd terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and VAT
All Full Column Ltd prices are clearly displayed as the amount all customers have to pay in full.
VAT. is included in all prices listed on Full Column Ltd

An additional cost will be made to the shopping basket for deliveries of physical goods only. This will be clearly displayed.

Placing your order
On completing your purchase all customers have entered a legally binding contract to Full Column Ltd’s terms and conditions.In the event that an item purchased is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone with an option of a substitute or refund.All successful orders will be confirmed with a confirmation email.

Delivery
All physical goods are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery including international.
UK orders are usually received within 2-3 working days of your order being placed.
Digital goods will be forwarded by email or downloaded from the website.
We ask that international orders to allow 5-7 days for delivery of physical goods.
All physical goods must be signed for on receipt.
All international delivery costs are calculated by Royal Mail weight.

Returns
All returned items must be received in a re-saleable condition
For reasons of good hygiene Full Column Ltd will not accept items that have been used or removed from the internal packaging, card or wire.
Full Column Ltd reserve the right to decline any refund claims if products have been used or tampered with and returned. If you wish to return a product, Full Column Ltd asks to be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. In the event of a faulty product, Full Column Ltd asks to be notified within 7days of receiving this item and will offer a refund or an exchange. Customers may cancel orders within 7 days of purchase. All refunds will be made via the same method of which was used to purchase. (IE: credit/debit card or Pay Pal)

Registering
When registering with Full Column Ltd you must en sure all details provided by you are correct.
Any changes to the information that you have provided to Full Column Ltd when registering must be declared as soon as possible. It is not compulsory to sign up as a member with Full Column Ltd and the option to cancel your account is available at all times. All registered customers have the option to unsubscribe to newsletters by “un-ticking” the subscription box provided in your accounts area when logged in. Full Column Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account if the terms and conditions are broken.

Special Offers
Full Column Ltd clearly state in all special offers and promotions the expiry date of the offer. All terms and conditions of Full Column Ltd offers are stated in all descriptions.

Complaints
All complaints made to Full Column Ltd are taken seriously and will be dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible. Full Column Ltd reserves the right to make changes to Full Column Ltd without warning to customers.

With Respect to Salon Business Consultation and Training.

DURATION AND TERMINATION

Either Party shall be entitled to terminate immediately the provision of the Services in the event of any arrangement with creditors, bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or cessation of business by the other Party.

FORCE MAJEURE

If Full Column is prevented from performing or completing any service for which the Contract has been made by reason of any cause whatsoever outside Full Columns’ control, including but not limited to, acts of god, war, terrorist activity or industrial action; failure to obtain permits licenses or registrations; illness, death or resignation of personnel or failure by Client to comply with any of its obligations under the Contract, the Client will pay to Full Column:
(a) The amount of all abortive expenditures actually made or incurred;
(b) A proportion of the agreed fees equal to the proportion (if any) of the service actually carried out.

IMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

FULL COLUMN undertakes to exercise reasonable care and skill in the performance of the Services and accepts responsibility only in cases of proven negligence.
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit FULL COLUMN liability to the Client for death or personal injury or for fraud or any other matter resulting from FULL COLUMN negligence for which it would be illegal to exclude or limit its liability.
The total liability of FULL COLUMN to the Client in respect of any claim for loss, damage or expense of any nature and howsoever arising shall be limited, in respect of any one event or series of connected events, to an amount equal to the fees paid to FULL COLUMN under the Contract (excluding Value Added Tax thereon).
FULL COLUMN shall have no liability to the Client for claim for loss, damage or expense of the service which gives rise to the claim or in the event of any alleged non-performance.
FULL COLUMN  shall not be liable to the Client nor to any third party:
(a) for any loss, damage or expense arising from (i) a failure by the Client to comply with any of its obligations herein; (ii) any actions taken or not taken on the basis of the Reports or any incorrect results, arising from unclear, erroneous, incomplete, misleading or false information provided to FULL COLUMN;
(b) for loss of profits, loss of production, loss of business or costs incurred from business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of contracts, loss of expectation, loss of use, loss of goodwill or damage to reputation, loss of anticipated savings, cost or expenses incurred in relation to providing a client service: including loss or damage arising from the claims of any third party (including without limitation product liability claims) that may be suffered by the Client; and
(c) any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind (whether or not falling within the types of loss or damage identified in (b) above).
Except for cases of proven negligence or fraud by FULL COLUMN , the Client further agrees to hold harmless and indemnify FULL COLUMN  and its officers, employees, agents or subcontractors against all claims (actual or threatened) by any third party for loss, damage or expense of whatsoever nature including all legal expenses and related costs and howsoever arising relating to the performance, purported performance or non-performance of the Services or out of or in connection with the Client's product, process or service the subject of the certification (including, without limitation, product liability claims).

12. MISCELLANEOUS

If any one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are found to be illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Except as expressly provided for herein, the Client may not assign or transfer any of its rights hereunder without FULL COLUMN prior written consent.
Neither party shall assign the Contract without the prior written consent of the other Party such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any assignment shall not relieve the assignor from any liability or obligation under the Contract.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these General Terms and Conditions or the Contract.
A Party giving notice under these General Terms and Conditions must do so in writing with such notice being hand delivered or sent by prepaid, first class post or facsimile to the address for the other Party as set out in the Application. A notice will be deemed received by the other Party:
(a) if hand delivered, on the date of delivery;
(b) if sent by first class post, three days after the date of posting;
(c) if sent by facsimile, the time indicated on the sending Party's facsimile transmission confirmation message.
The Parties acknowledge that FULL COLUMN  provides the Services to the Client as an independent contractor and that the Contract does not create any partnership, agency, employment or fiduciary relationship between FULL COLUMN  and the Client.
Any failure by FULL COLUMN to require the Client to perform any of its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions or the Contract shall not constitute a waiver of its right to require performance of that or any other obligation.

DISPUTES

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, all disputes arising out or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions or the Contract shall be governed by the laws of England in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996 and by a single arbitrator appointed between the parties.

APPEALS

It is the policy of the FULL COLUMN to give each Application a fair and consistent Assessment. If a client becomes dissatisfied with any aspect of the consultation or training, they may appeal by giving notice in writing to the Full Column within 21 days of the Training or consultation date.
